You’ll earn points every time you visit, which can be swapped for free drinks, sweet treats or money off your bill.
You can join in two easy ways:
✨ Top tip: When signing up, we recommend adding your email address so we can send you personalised treats - think birthday rewards, exclusive offers, and little Love Lily surprises.
You’ll earn 10 points for every £1 you spend when ordering in store through our Squaretills - even when paying with cash.
Points are added automatically once your transaction is complete.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a text message with a personalised link where you can view your points balance and available rewards at any time.

Once you’ve earned a reward, simply give your phone number at the till on your next visit and a member of our team will apply it to your order.
✨ Even easier: once your loyalty account is set up, you can add your Love Lily Loyalty card to your Apple Wallet. Then just tap your phone using NFC at the till to collect points and redeem rewards - no phone number needed.
Once you’ve signed up to our loyalty programme, you’ll receive a text message with a personalised link to your loyalty account.
Your Love Lily Loyalty card will then be saved in your Apple Wallet. Next time you visit, simply tap your phone at the till using NFC to collect points and redeem rewards - easy!
Your points don’t expire, but rewards must be redeemed while the loyalty programme isactive - so don’t forget to treat yourself.
Loyalty points can currently be earned and redeemed in store only when ordering directly with us. Points are not available on third-party delivery apps.
Our loyalty scheme is location-specific, so points and rewards can only be earned and redeemed at the Love Lily site you signed up. This means points and rewards earned at Love Lily Roker can only be used at Roker, and points earned at Love Lily Herrington Park can only be used there.
We recommend signing up to both locations if you visit them both regularly - that way you’ll never miss out on earning points, rewards, or exclusive treats at either site.
Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise.
