Our new gift cards (both physical and eGift cards) are location-specific and can only be redeemed at the Love Lily site they were purchased for:

• Love Lily Roker gift cards can only be used at Love Lily Roker
• Love Lily Herrington Park gift cards can only be used at Love Lily Herrington Park

Please check your gift card carefully before purchasing to ensure you select the correct location. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be used across both sites due to how our Square system is set up.

Please note that gift cards are non-transferable between locations. If the incorrect gift card is purchased, we’re unable to transfer or exchange it for another site.

Yes - there is no limit to the number of gift cards you can purchase.

• Multiple eGift cards can be purchased online with custom amounts between £10 and £750.
• If you are looking to purchase corporate gift cards over £1,000, please get in touch with us at hello@lovelily.uk

If you still can’t find your eGift card, please email hello@lovelily.uk and include your order number where possible. We’ll be happy to help.

• E-Gift cards are delivered by email shortly after purchase.
• If you do not receive your eGift card within 12 hours, please contact us with your order number.

Physical gift cards can be purchased in person only at:

• Love Lily Roker
• Love Lily Herrington Park
• Love Lily Bakery (for use at Love Lily Roker ONLY)

Due to system limitations, our new physical gift cards cannot be posted and must be collected in person.

• eGift cards: Delivered instantly by email to you or your chosen recipient
• Physical gift cards: Available for in-store purchase only (not available for postaldelivery)

Yes - we accept international credit and debit cards on our website.

• New eGift cards and new physical gift cards do not expire.
• Old handwritten Love Lily gift vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please keep your gift card safe. Lost or stolen physical gift cards cannot be replaced. If you believe your eGift card has been lost, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
